expeditionen in ästhetik und nachhaltigkeit, kuratiert von Adriene Goehler, Berlin, zeigt künstlerische Praktiken, die zur Erhaltung des Planeten beitragen und Einfluss auf bewusstes Konsumverhalten nehmen wollen, ökonomisch rentabel sind und künstlerische Positionen, in denen sich die Grenzen zwischen Kunst, Aktivismus und Erfindungen auflösen, und sich die Erfahrungen und Arbeitsweisen von Umweltinitiativen mit künstlerischen Herangehensweisen verbinden. Die internationale Wanderausstellung mit über 40 künstlerischen Positionen wurde zuerst 2010 in Berlin eröffnet. In Addis Abeba wird eine Auswahl dieser Expeditionen von deutschen und internationalen Künstlern im Dialog mit Positionen äthiopischer Künstler präsentiert. Eine Veranstaltung des Goethe-Instituts und der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung in Addis Abeba in Kooperation mit der Kulturstiftung des Bundes und unterstützt von der Deutschen Botschaft Addis Abeba. Die Ausstellung ist bis zum 24. Mai 2012 zu sehen (Dienstags bis Sonntags 10 bis 17 Uhr).
