Environmental circumstances are critical in many places of the world. In developing countries damage is specially visible and noxious in those places where cities adjoin. This is specially true when the development of the population has overwhelmed the planning and eventually also the ability to support these territories. Considering the lack of successful actions carried out by the governments, partially given to the fact that the budget for these projects are out of the governmental reach, hope is put on an organised civil society.
