The flow of water will function every day between 4 and 5 pm.
There is no doubt that water is an element that creates synergy. Like this, these gutters on the Parque Cultural de Valparaíso establish a captivating connection with the irrigation system of the trees. But on the other side this visuality is imagining different ideas regarding the hydrological sustainability in one of Chile’s region which is most punished by drought.
